Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can cancel for a full refund if your order has not yet been dispatched.

UK 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel after receiving your item. To cancel, email support@jorvantstore.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
（1）Change of mind (item must be unused, in original packaging)
（2）Defective or damaged items
（3）Wrong item or wrong size received

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to approve or reject your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jorvantstore.com
